Youth Physical Fitness

YPF is a competition that challenges an individual's strengths, as well as working as a team. It consists of 5 females and 5 males (with an alternate for each) from each school in the SDUSD brigade. The events are cadence push-ups, crab walk, basketball throw, and the relay race (each person running 400m). Push-ups and sit-ups have time limit of 2 min. The school that ends up with the most points (Male & Female) gets 1st.

Below are some of our proudest achievements during the 2021-2022 School Year:
